- Chat conversation content (in case you ask questions, the questions you ask as well as the responses provided by the Virtual Assistant)

2.2.1. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (with Google Signals)

- Conversations and contact details submitted to the Virtual Assistant, the AI chatbot: I receive a copy by e-mail with the information that you voluntarily enter in the chatbot, and I will only retain the e-mail for the purpose of answering to user questions.
- Google Analytics data: Retained according to Google's data retention settings - I have set the retention period to 14 months for both “Event data” and “User data”, with a reset on new user activity.
- Cookies: Retention periods are specified in the Cookie Declaration.
- Server logs: Automatically deleted after 7 days.

I use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyse website usage.
